General terms & conditions
All business is conducted and undertaken pursuant to Norfolkline's General Terms & Conditions, as deposited with the District Court of the Hague.
The General Terms & Conditions are available free of charge upon request in writing to Norfolkline and are also available for inspection at any Norfolkline office and to review here.
The above-mentioned General Terms & Conditions replace all previous General Terms & Conditions.
Before confirming or placing any booking and/or before the commencement of carriage, you and any others included in your booking should consult and familiarise yourselves with these Norfolkline General Terms & Conditions.
Any passenger or party entering into an agreement with Norfolkline shall be deemed to have received, read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
Carriage of firearms
Customers traveling with Norfolkline Dover-Dunkirk Ferries must advise us by telephone on 0844 847 5042 24 at least 24 hours beforehand if they wish to carry real or replica firearms, weapons, swords, or ammunition to or from Dunkirk. Failure to declare these in advance will result in your being refused travel on our ferries.
Norfolkline Irish Sea Ferries are required by law, and are committed to taking appropriate counter terrorism measures to safeguard the security and protection of passengers, staff, vessels and port facilities. As such a "Carriage of Firearms" policy has been put in place for our Irish Sea routes.
Policy for passenger travelling with dogs
Norfolkline acknowledges that cyclists, foot passengers and vehicle passengers may wish to travel with their dogs. The aim of this policy is to help facilitate this whilst ensuring the Health and Safety of all our passengers, staff and crew and that our facilities are treated with respect and high standards of hygiene are maintained.
