Pets onboard of Scottish Viking

1. Pricing:

• Pets can only be booked in kennels. Only 5 kennels (and an area to take them out) are available onboard, therefore it is necessary to book them in advance.
• Pets can only be booked through the call center in Belfast via pdepartment@norfolkline.com or 00442081278303 (continental) – 0844 499 0007 (UK)
• Owners or guardians are required to have their pet’s valid health documents with them while traveling (EU citizens are additionally required to have their EU Pet passport) and follow all entry regulations. For more information on required documents, please check: http://www.defra.gov.uk/
• Pets are not allowed indoors (bar, restaurant and other public areas) or in the vehicles, because access to the vehicle deck is denied during the crossing.
• When walking on open deck, pets are required to wear muzzle and be on leash, accompanied by the pet owner or guardian.
• The pet owner or guardian is fully responsible for the care and safety and hygiene of the pet observing all laws and regulations related to the above.
