Taking your pet between England & France

Norfolkline are part of the Pet Passport Scheme so you can take your pet on any of our ships.

Making a reservation for your pet could not be simpler: either book online or phone our Call Centre  on 0871 574 7223 (Calls may cost up to 10p per minute plus network extras). If you are travelling with a pet this must be declared at the time of booking and in advance of travel.

We are only able to carry pets in accordance with The Pet Travel Scheme (PETS). A carriage charge of £30 is applicable to pet bookings.

The animal must stay in the vehicle at all times throughout the crossing. It is your responsibility to provide all necessary documents and make all arrangements, including where necessary quarantine, to satisfy all legal requirements.

Failure to do so will prevent your pet from being permitted to travel. Unaccompanied pets will not be accepted.
